Everything looks like the picture, we haven't tried it yet. But it seems to be of good quality.

Usually I highly recommend Berkeley products but this is not the one. I use this scale brand new out of the box and it weighed my first fish very accurately with a big monster bass at 5.12 lbs. On the very second use I had another easy 5 lb 22 inch bass the only registered 1.21 lb on the scale. Third five pound bass weighed in at 0.27 lb. After that it never worked again. Power the unit on and it constantly says Lo. Even with brand new batteries it registers Lo. Extremely inaccurate weights and then goes completely defective after just a few uses. Don't waste your money on this scale

Used a year and a half. Went dead and change batteries and now won’t come on. Berkley fan but not on this item.

Same as others. After a couple months shows LO battery shuts down. Replaced ed battery still same. My son used his own money he earned to by this scale. Extremely disappointed.

Dead on arrival. Scale does not turn on. I checked batteries and the batteries are fine. I tried a new set of batteries and it still does not turn on. I have called customer service several times but no response. I wonder if they are in hiding mode. The one positive is that the tape measure actually works.
