    Great Lure

    Would be a 5 star except bill is week. Have used Flicker minnow and rarely had bill break with samr fish being caught. Also paint is not strong.

    We are using the size 12 in salt water so have to change all the hardware on the lures. Hooks and split rings which I have no problem with as have to do this on all brands. They troll truer than any other lure I have used up to 7 MPH. We catch many fish largest so far on it, was 48 inch Rooster fish in 35 to 40 pound range, many 26 to 30 inch Barracuda and many Jack Crevelle ,one today near 18 pounds.

    Fish #1 Jack today,#2 Rooster Fish in Dec, #3 snapper Dec,and 4 mackerel and Barracuda. This is just a sample of Our catch on Deep Hit Sticks.

    Great lure

    Due to surgery was just able to try them last 2 weeks. Only problem is We fish for salt water fish and have to change all hardware on them as these fish destroy the hooks and split ring that are original. We troll fast 5 plus MPH and they troll true at least 7 MPH. We have caught Barracuda, snapper etc. on these lures this past 2 weeks and know by the action that they will catch snook, jacks and Rooster fish.

    Only the Gold with black backs are color that work here,

    I would like to see more lures in orange, bright gold, red and maroon combos with colors running full length of lure with no patterning on sides as solid colors catch 90 percent of fish We catch. We want something that is completely different than natural looking patterns. 70 years ago as a teen I started trolling and very few lure were painted to look like natural bait and they caught a lot of fish

    10.5 deep hit stick

    I have been fishing these lures exclusively on the Great Lakes.In many occasions have been limiting out out on walleyes. Golds , Blue chrome, Wonder bread have work really well. A great bait that does not need any tuning out of the box.
