COLUMBIA, S.C. – Berkley, along with other Pure Fishing brands, will partner with the Canadian Ice Fishing Championship as part of a new sponsorship plan announced by Pure Fishing. The sponsorship package includes cash and product from Pure Fishing’s lineup of premium fishing tackle brands that includes Berkley bait, Berkley line, and Fenwick.
Pure Fishing is continuing its support for the Canadian Ice Fishing Championship, having most notably sponsored previous events in conjunction with the Berkley bait and Trilene brands.

The Canadian Ice Fishing Championship, acquired by Lures & Tours in November 2011, is an established name with tourism interests both local and provincial. Competing anglers from Canada and the United States regard this as Canada’s premier ice fishing event.
